Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

1. Services

AGM provides grant consultancy services including grant strategy development, application writing, grant life cycle management, and project management.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information
• Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

3. Confidentiality

All client information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

AGM provides consulting services in good faith but cannot guarantee grant approval or funding outcomes.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
